Privacy Policy

Abtme.co (“Abtme,” “we,” “us”) is a private place where you collect information about yourself so that AI assistants you choose can understand your context. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Your profile is private by default and belongs to you.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture to create and secure your account.
• Profile content. The information you add to your profile — text in your cards, documents and images you upload, and links you save.
• Conversations. Messages you send to the in-app assistant, which we store so your dialogue continues across visits.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to provide the service: to store and display your profile, to let the in-app assistant help you organize what you share, and to enable connections that you explicitly initiate. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your profile content to train AI models.

AI processing

To help you build your profile, the text you send to the assistant is processed by Anthropic’s Claude models acting as our service provider. This processing happens only to organize the information you provide. AI-generated organization can contain errors — you can review and edit every card at any time.

How your data is stored and protected

Your data is stored in our Supabase database and file storage, encrypted in transit. Access is protected by database-enforced row-level security, so you can only ever read or write your own data. Uploaded files are kept in private storage and served to you through short-lived, signed links.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of providers who process data on our behalf: Google (sign-in), Anthropic (AI processing), Supabase (database and storage), and Vercel (hosting). When you choose to connect your profile to an external AI assistant, information you authorize is shared with that assistant at your direction.

Your choices and rights

You can view and edit your profile at any time, delete individual items, or use “Delete my data” to remove your saved cards, files, images, links, and conversations. To delete your account entirely, contact us and we will remove your account and associated data.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete data or your account, it is removed from our systems.

Children

Abtme is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
